The Valley Forge Flag Custom Manufacturing Facility, located in Kingstree South Carolina, has grown to be one of the nation’s  leading manufacturers of custom flags and banners. Their custom dept can create any type of fabric advertising media for indoor or outdoor use. Our Creative Team can assist you in creating your artwork. Charges are billed at $45 per hour. 

Our normal turnaround time for shipment after a custom artwork is approved  is approximately 10-15 business days.

Material:  200 Denier Nylon - UV Coated with Dupont SolarMax coating. This is the standard flag material in the United States. Most US Flags and State Flags you see are made of Nylon.

Sewing -  All flags are sewn with double needle lock stitching on the top and bottom, with four rows of lock stitching on the fly end. This provides the strongest finishing possible.  

Finishing - Most outdoor flags are finished with canvas heading and two brass grommets. This will allow you to attach the flag to any flagpole. We also can finish any flag with a pole sleeve that slips over a pole. The pole sleeve is common on house flags and indoor flags displayed on one of our prestigious presentation sets.

Single/Reverse & Double Sided - The goal of flag printing is to push the ink through the fabric so the colors backside of the flag match the front side. A single/reverse flag is a single layer flag, so with the ink penetrating the flag, the back side image will be reversed. 90% of the flags we produce are single/reverse. A double-sided flag is made when two flags are sew together with an inner-liner in between. This will allow you to read the flag correctly from the front and back. Custom flags larger than 8’x12’ will be automatically outfitted with rope and thimble finishing. But don’t fret! If you would prefer your flag to be finished with a pole sleeve, just let us know. We can make it happen.
