Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery of shipment for refund or exchange.
All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging.
To return an item(s), please contact us for your Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA). Without this number, we are not able to process your returned item(s).
Absolutely no merchandise will be accepted for return without an RGA Number.
After obtaining your RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number from us, you may then return the item (s) in the original container or a different container. We find that USPS is the most cost-effective method for return.

Once we have received the item, we will process your return and, depending on the circumstances, we will issue a refund or exchange. If you requested a refund where the return is not defective, not damaged in transit, nor our error in shipping the incorrect product, we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Please allow 3-5 business days from the date the refund is issued for the refund to register a credit to the original card used.
A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to all non-defective returned merchandise.
Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.
Made-to-order or Custom items are NOT returnable; except for product material defect.
While we make every effort to ensure you receive your order correctly, sometimes shipping/packing errors will occur. In the event we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us and we will promptly rectify the error.
We will email you a prepaid return label to ship the incorrect item back to us. Once the item is delivered to our warehouse, the correct item will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
Under NO circumstances will we ship a replacement item free of charge without first receiving the incorrect item back to our warehouse.
Further, we will ship your replacement goods in the same manner as your original shipment. Example: If your original order was shipped USPS, so will your replacement order. Under NO circumstances will we ship your replacement order in an expedited manner (example: USPS Priority Mail) unless the original order was placed that way.
We take great care in maintaining the security of your personal information and in preventing unauthorized access through the use of appropriate technology and internal procedures. We do not rent, sell, share or otherwise distribute any personal information from our customers to any other third party. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information and financial information which is used for the sole purpose of completing the business transaction.
